Presentation of the blog
English My name is Leila Mence, and I'm currently a Master 2 student at the Strasbourg School of Management. I'm on exchange at Ghent University in Belgium, where I'm taking a course entitled "Buying Behavior". As part of this course, I have embarked on a 10-day challenge that I am committed to completing. My challenge is to explore the gastronomy of various countries during this period. The main aim of this blog is to present my project in detail and describe each stage of my culinary journey .
